I really had nothing to post today. I thought of recycling an old post. I could slide in the same picture from 2007, right? I ended up having a better idea about recycling.

This is the recycling center located at the corner of N. Delphine and High Streets. Its a joint project by the city of Terrell, Kaufman County and the Environmental Co-op. You can recycle plastic bottles, aluminum and steel cans, paper and cardboard 24 hours a day.

If you have reached this page through a search engine, you are not on the main page. Click Terrell Daily Photo at the top of the page to view the entire site. Search the site by typing in a keyword in the search blog box at the upper left, or clicking on one of the labels. All pictures can be enlarged by clicking on them.

Recycling is a great thing to do. Most of ours is collected with our weekly rubbish collections. We take plastic to the recycling centre at our local supermarket.

Great to get time to catch up with your blog, Jim. Congrats on the anniversary--that's so cool. I always am glad to come visit your beloved Terrell, with both you and Brian. Thanks!

Because of money problems, Ocala has shut down a couple of recycling centers - boo!

I don't understand why we can't have the various kinds of items picked up just like they pick up garbage...that would increase the amount of recycling greatly!

We have a dumpster at our house just for paper, plastic and all bottle and alum. cans. It is picked up twice monthly by the garbage company. Works good.
Interesting post. MB
