Even though these two were not racing against each other, when they hit the final stretch it was hard to not push to try to make it across the finish line before the other.

Wiki Wiki Man
Yesterday was Big Earth Racings Wiki Wiki Man triathlon at Lake Tawokoni. I'm not sure of the total number of entries, but it had to be the most they have ever had. A change to the swimming course provided a nice view of the swimmers as they came to the shore.

Happy Earth Day
This area of Lake Ray Hubbard is normally underwater. The lake level before yesterdays rain was down 7.5'. I'm not sure how much the rain helped. It seems we need a good pour for a couple of days. This is not in Terrell.

Weekend fun
Saturday we went out to Lake Ray Hubbard. Lots of birds around, like yesterday's and today's. The water level is really low. The shore line was full of trash. I'll share a few of those pictures later.

Terrell loses to Highland Park
After a delay of close to an hour the Tigers and Highland Park played baseball. Unfortunately for the Tigers, they lost 2-1. The HP players had to cover the mound as bad weather approached, but there was no rain, only lightning.

Last night the Terrell Fellowship of Christian Athletes held a Fields of Faith. It was originally planned for the middle school football stadium, but was moved indoors because of the weather forecast.
