Updated-Amir has been released and is home.
Today is a special Theme Day to support our fellow blogger and all Iranians who are being denied having their vote counted.

The photo above was taken during a silent march. Hundreds of thousands of protesters in Tehran marched without saying a word. They simply held their fingers in the air symbolizing V for victory.
I have been reading the entries by other CDP bloggers for this Theme Day, click here to view thumbnails for all participants click through the photo to each site to read their thoughts.

Silent protest is a most potent symbol. Participating peacefully.
I am so glad that you have chosen to participate in this special Theme Day. I hope that our missing blogger will be able to participate in our next Theme Day.
The world is watching.
A very powerful image. Lets hope we make some difference is getting him freed.
I too used the image from Life Mag along with my own. Such powerful evocative images that have shown us what is really going on. Well said all round. We have to be the voice of those that can't be.
Hopefully "A" and all the others will soon be release ... hopefully the violence will stop ... and hopefully the citizens of Iran will have their vote counted.
Can a second Revolution be far off?

I'm glad for your support. I'd like to make you aware of this video. Jump to 00:27:10 if you don't like to watch the whole video. I think this is what most western countries deny but it is all connected.
