Greenery on Moore Ave.

I love the different shades of green. This is the side of the Remax Realty building on Moore Ave. in Terrell.

Looks like I just about missed the Magnolia blooms.

The shuttle launch has been scrubbed. No tweets from space for now.

Dallas area drivers are some of the worst in the country? I can't argue with that.

When I hear someone complaining about having to do their job over and over, a job they need to pay their bills, I wonder what the person that got laid off a few weeks ago is doing. We all have deadlines, we all have tasks that we dread. We all want to be paid more and do less. There are a lot of people who could do our jobs. Go find something else to do. We can always be replaced.

It looks pretty but I wonder how the trees roots are doing. Is that Ivy covering the wall? MB

Neat photos, Jim. I like greens a lot myself, including the kind that I cook!

I appreciate your comment about work and jobs and folks who have them and folks who do not have them. I'm not going to lie to you, Jim. Not a day goes by that I don't wish that I'd already worked enough years to be an early retired person, waiting patiently for Social Security. Immediately after that thought leaves my mind, I think, "Thank goodness I have my job. I like what I do, I like the people I work with every day, I like the building where I work, and I like the fact that my job provides me with a yearly TriMet pass that I can use every single day of that year, if need be." Thanks, Jim, for reminding me of this at a different time of the day. Thanks!
