Terrell Heritage Jubilee BBQ Cook Off

One of the great things about the Heritage Jubilee is there is something for everyone. Today's picture is from the BBQ chicken cook off. The Jubilee has an all day event for BBQ lovers, it's a BBQ Cook Off for chicken, ribs, brisket and showmanship. Cooks come from all around to enter their best BBQ. The awards were presented yesterday afternoon. I had already left by then. Over the next week I will post a few other pictures of the Jubilee and carnival.

Food at carnivals and fairs is the best part of them, each place is unique for their own foods and it is a lovely feast to enjoy the local foods.
