Mr. Morales is the first grassroots candidate I can remember. He ran for US Senate in 1996 by driving his white truck around the big state of Texas and he still drives that same truck today. He takes no money from PACs, only individuals. If you have questions for Mr. Morales he can be reached at vmorales58@hotmail.com,
Mr. Parnell is a former Kaufman County Court of Law Judge. You can read all about him and his qualifications at his website http://www.joeparnell.org/.
For the runoff election, early voting started yesterday and runs through April 4th, regular voting is on April 8th.
I hope both men do well.

I hope they do well as well! I love his truck....we drive our cars until even the junk yard has reservations about taking them!!!
One rarely thinks of all the hard work that candidates go through to get elected.
Nice photo.
Hard workin' candidates---what we need. MB
The World needs people like these, with both feet on the ground and the knowledge of ordinary people's problems! I wish them success!!
I have been waiting and waiting to hear whether Obama overtook Clinton in the end result of the Texas Primary/Caucus - and today I learned he did. That guy is on go! I wonder what Mr. Morales and Mr. Parnell think of him? Or you?
