I have no idea

I saw this one the way home from work yesterday. Any idea what it is? It looks like the front end is from a car, the cab is from an old truck, and the bed is from some other model truck. Its looks neat, but very strange.

I am partial to photos of interesting cars and trucks. You certainly have one here!

Lord love a truck! That one is a keeper. I'd drive it anywhere and I'm not joking.

Nope, I didn't start my drive yet, want to wait for the rain to stop. I'm fine, thanks for asking, but Little Rock did take a beating.

Best to you, Jim.

I always interested with classic car, it seems this truck had been modified before. Looks like Ford truck but not sure.

I am not a motorhead but this looks like Ford parts to me. Whoever is at this is doing some creative stuff. I hope they keep on and restore this. It would make quite the eye-catcher.

Maybe it's an old Studebaker. The nosr looks like one. MB

Jim, I checked with my dad, the old car expert (he has a 1937 Willys Coupe, fully restored) and here's his response: "Front end looks like 40 or 41 Willys. So do rear fenders. Catch a front view if you get a chance." Whatever it is, the driver will LOVE to talk to you about it if you can catch him/her!

I'd say it's an old truck.

Wonder if the owner call's it his "Yellow Jacket"

Wow what a beauty, love classics and this one surely looks like one, a little restoration and it could be the envy of town.

For some reason, when I saw it, I immediately thought of Mexico!

Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comments. We now have broadband - though the connection is either low or good. I'm looking forward to visiting your blog more regularly. Please bear with me. Have a great weekend!

It's a 1947 Hudson pickup. They were way ahead of their time with these trucks. That truck was at a car show here in Royse City about two weeks ago.
Love your photos BTW
