Skywatch Friday-Photo of the Year 2009

Along with Skywatch Friday, today is the day the City Daily Photo bloggers are posting their Photo of the Year for 2009. I ran a poll on my site asking readers to select their favorite photo, there were five choices. Black Friday Sunset won with 48% of the vote. Click the picture to enlarge.

This was taken on Moore Ave. in Terrell just as the sun was rising on black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving.

Other Skywatch Friday posts can be found here.

It's a wonderful choice, Jim! The colors of the sky is beautiful and I also love the lights from the cars and signs. Serenity and energy together.
