It's too bad the rain came, but it looks like it was a beautiful day until then.

this is a fun memory from childhood. good choice for skywatch Friday. I am glad you enjoyed the pink Chihuly glass art on my site. I have now moved to Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West series.

What a wonderful sky and a great way to spend the day. But today....rain!

Oh please don't rain on my carnaval. I hope the rain stops and the fun begins again. MB

I grew up in a small town in Eastern California, where the arrival of a carny anywhere in the valley was a cause for celebration. This makes me want to go the next time one hits town anywhere in Collin County. How fun!

Oooo lovely carnival. I love ferris wheel rides. My best ride in the ferris wheels must be the one at Ocean Park in Hong Kong which is on top of a high hill. We could see the vast ocean and beautiful scenery and it was so cold up there during winter.

Looks like fun, 'cept for the rain. How much money did you leave in the pockets of the carneys?
