No picture for today, instead you get the Dallas Stars. They played the San Jose Sharks last night in game 6 of the second round of the NHL playoffs. Dallas was up 3-2 win last night and go to the conference finals to face the hated Detroit Redwings.
I am not really into watching hockey on TV, but since the Mavericks are out and Nascar was on Saturday night, I thought I would check out the hockey game.
I think it was one of the best games I have seen in some time. Dallas won, it took 4 overtimes to do it. They played a total of 2 hours 9 minutes and 3 seconds. The game started at 8pm local time and ended just before 1:30am. I can only imagine how the players feel. I am going to be dragging butt today.

When we lived in San Diego, we'd go see the Gulls play alot. Hockey is really fun to watch live! We always like having seats down front so when they hit the glass, you're right there!

Congratulations Stars - good luck against the Wings. Hockey is my favorite sport -and to put my two cents in, Go Flyers!
The guys at my house have been alternating between baseball and hockey. I was lucky to be able to see Desperate Housewives! :)

wow that's one long hockey game--did you watch the whole thing?!? i do the same btw (watch some other sport cause my team is out although i havent crossed over to hockey yet)
