Moth

This is another shot from my yard. It's some type of moth on my one of my daylilies. I am trying to work on my macros. Click on the picture to enlarge it.

If anyone will be attending the Terrell - Waco Midway baseball playoff game Thursday night in Waco and wouldn't mind sending updates back by text, twitter or facebook please send me an email at terrelldailyphoto@hotmail.com.

That flower almost looks like a banana! How far away were you? It's a beautiful shot. I find that the bugs and whatnot always fly away when I try these.

Amazing shot.
At first sight I thought it was a banana :)

That's quite good, Jim. Macros are not easy...I think there are some tutorials at Photoshop on the net.

But this is excellent! We've got a similar moth in this area...the caterpillars eat my plants!

Excellent shot. Insects love to fly away when they see me with my camera. haha!! MB

I usually use my little point and shoot camera for macro's from the garden. This is a good one.

Wow! What a photo! Those blue hairs are super.

By the way, I thought you'd like it that Mama, Lamont and Leland are all lefties. So is Leland's girlfriend. I'm the only right-handed one around.
