Oh for the love of fat Elvis, its a game, not the center of the universe. Root for your team, foster sportsmanship, learn life lessons, remember they're kids and this is a waystation in their lives - I'm with you on this, Jim. Sorry the Tigers lost, but they'll live to play another game.
Texas highschool football can get pretty crazy. Lots of adults in the stands and on the sidelines trying to live a little vicariously through these kids IMHO.
Football and cheerleading.. King and Queen. Sorry Terrell lost. I think my husband was born in Paris. Anyway, I'm sorry to hear about the starting quarterback. More sorry to hear about his internal injuries and wonder at the story that speaks mainly to Terrell loosing him? It was the same in Murrieta where my kids went to High School. Love the photo. I could never get a good one of the crowd.
I totally agree with you. I am a soccer fanantic but when they loose so what.Afterall the are kids are not over pammpered prima donnas. Love the photo, really captures the lively crowd at these event,s

Not only should people remember that these are high school kids but that this is a game too. It is always hard to lose though. MB
Sorry Terrell lost! Yes, sometimes it is hard to remember they are kids, even at my boy's age level, ugh!

I went to a football powerhouse for high school, and even then parents were a bigger problem than the kids ever were.
Sorry about Terrell!
I agree with you-
Maybe next week...

This is a great crowd scene, Jim. I agree with you that some people forget it's just a game and it's so hard on the kids....
