Wisteria

The Wisteria is just about gone.  This was at Zilker Park in Austin, TX.  Taken the day before the Capitol 10K. Brian has a nice shot he posted Sunday from Zilker Park.  Austin is a beautiful town, I may post a few more pictures from there, but to see Austin every day visit Austin Texas Daily Photo.

Tonight is a busy night for Tiger athletics.  The Lady Tigers soccer team takes on Rockwall in the playoffs.  It is scheduled to start at 6PM in Royse City.

The baseball team travels to West Mesquite, first pitch is 7PM.

The Lady Tigers softball team is at home hosting Waxahachie.  Game time is set for 4:30.

If you were ever stationed at Bergstrom AFB in Austin, TX, check out the Facebook page for the old base.

Thanks for your funny comment today, Jim.

Love wisteria...we have a lot of it in Florida and saw some nice bushes down in The Villages the other day. But, as you say, it doesn't last very long!

I can nearly smell this! Great image! And I like the way you have used the focal point.

Jim, this looks like the cover of a magazine--wow!

About passing the ball through the crowd--they've been doing it for several years now. The crowd loves it.
