A few more from the tractor and engine show

These ladies made sure everything ran smoothly. They sold merchandise, raffle tickets (I lost) and pointed everyone in the right direction.

Looks like I was hit with the spam comments. I regret I am going to turn on the word verification.

Word verification should help...

Great tractor photos! They had a lot of different kinds. Did they have a tractor pull? In a few days I'll be posting photos of the pull held during the West Paris Old Home Days....

I love old machines. And who doesn’t love an old tractor. Heck, I remember many of these model tractors working on the farms and ranches I grew up next to in Colorado. My older brother still owns and uses a Farmall of about 1948 vintage.

Sorry abiout the spam!

I enjoy looking at antique tractors; the TN Valley Fair has someevery September with demonstrations of various old engines.
And spambots are evil.

My favorite is the Farmall. I'm reading a book about BB King right now, and he tells relates his close connection to a McCormick Farmall before he started to make his living singing and playing the blues.

I am excited for Junior, that's for sure! But I got home too late last night to do a post for today. I'm working on it now, after work, supper, and washing clothes--you know, a woman's work is never done.

Oh, this is fun! I enjoy these types of fairs where you can view all the old tractors. HEck all tractors new and old. There is something about tractors and trains that draws our attention.
