No, oz never did give nothing to the tin man....

.......so he ended up hanging in someones stables.

Isn't that how the song goes?

Now you have me running through my music collection and that song echoing in my head! It will probably be there for the rest of the day. But hey, their are worse songs to have rattling around in the brain box.

Thanks for the visit. I am flattered that you asked but nope, none of my pictures are in there. They reserve the wall space to those with real talent ;)

Very creative indeed. Is the tin man made out of old tine cans? It looks like it might have been someones art project.

Well I hope there is some "oil" and vinegar on the table!!! Look likes those joints could use a little.

Adorable shot!

Jim, about the real estate prices, not average at all. In Roxbury and Mattapan (both working-class and rather dangerous neighborhoods) you'll find the lowest real estate prices. Some areas of Dorchester (which I featured two weeks ago) are also cheap. The rest of Boston is ridiculously expensive: a small (~600 sq ft) 1 bedroom condo starts at $250,000.

Prices have started to come down, though, but everything is still way overpriced.

Was that an old tin-pan alley song? No, no, now I remember it and I'll have it playing in my head for awhile, I bet.

I'd like to have that piece of art hanging around my place. I bet it would just get better and better with age and the help of the elements.

I love the story of the tin man's journey in search of a heart, only to find out he already had one.
