Home Auction

I posted a photo of this house in December 2007. At the time it was for sale by owner. I guess they didn't find an buyer. On February 28th, the home will be up for auction.

Yesterday was an open house for perspective buyers. Brian and I took that opportunity to tour the inside.

Not much history was given on the house other than it was built in 1905. I will be posting more pictures of the house this week, and I am sure Brian will also.

Today also is the Daytona 500, here is my pick.

Gee, Jim, for someone so delusional about NASCAR, you sure are a good photo blogger!

Just kiddin'--I just want a really, really good, safe race! I'm not being as good as you and Brian, about exercising I mean. Have y'all stopped eating junk food, too?I'm about to fix my plate of cocktail weinies and salsa and Fritos. Let the race begin!

And I'm looking forward to seeing the other photos of this lovely house.

I wish I could buy this house and sit on the front porch with a glass of wine! Great pic.

Well, Jim, that was sure stupid of Junior, wasn't it? And so wrong.

How's that ending sit with you, Jim? I've always thought Kenseth was an OK guy, so I'm pleased.

Loved you fake-deleted-comment comment. You're a hoot!

Oooo this is a lovely house. I wish I could afford to purchase it. :) Then I can put my favourite swing in the patio.

This is impressive both the house and the way you've taken it.

Gosh I love this house! I can see myself up on that porch with a new lap top; editing my photos as I take them.... Too bad I can't afford it.
