This is my last photo of the house on N. Frances in Terrell. They will be having open house this weekend. If you are in the area stop by. Its at 605 N. Frances next to the St. John The Apostle Catholic Church. The auction is Feb 28th, in Dallas, Texas.

Looking into the turret on the 3rd floor. The house will be open again this weekend before the auction on Feb 28th. Brian has a better shot of the stained glass light fixture on his site.

Still nothing from Google. I would say they have the worst customer service, but they have NO customer service. Today, Brians site met the same fate as mine. He paid for his domain name and Google it seems didnt pay Go Daddy. He got an email today that said they would sell his name back to him for $600.

Still no resolution to the domain name problem. I really wish Google would contact me .......Next step disputing my payment with the credit card company, but thats not what I want to do. I want my domain name back. That or remove all links to terrelldailyphoto.com from their search engine. Seems to be a nice racket they have going.

I noticed googlebot visted my site last night and this morning 4 times. It would be nice if they would contact me and let me know something.....anything.....

Terrell Home Auction, Foyer

Step inside the house at 605 N. Frances into the huge foyer. To the left is the main stairway to the second and third floors. The above picture is looking at the detail underneath the stairs.

There will be another open house on the 21st and 22nd. The auction is on February 28th in Dallas. The house needs work, but the starting bid is only $29,000.


There is an old Kastner Autopiano sitting in the foyer. To the left is the study to the right is the living room.

Home Auction

I posted a photo of this house in December 2007. At the time it was for sale by owner. I guess they didn't find an buyer. On February 28th, the home will be up for auction.

Yesterday was an open house for perspective buyers. Brian and I took that opportunity to tour the inside.

Not much history was given on the house other than it was built in 1905. I will be posting more pictures of the house this week, and I am sure Brian will also.



Today also is the Daytona 500, here is my pick.

American National Bank offices

American National Bank is probably the largest employer in Terrell and probably also occupies the largest amount of space in Terrells downtown area. These are ANB offices located just off Moore St on Frances St. There are no people in the photo because this was taken after hours.



I have been tagged. Chris from Nashville Daily Photo tagged me on Tuesday. So I get to spill the bean on my new years resolutions, if I have any. Here is how Chris explained it.

When it comes to New Year’s Resolutions we seem to fall into four categories: 1) quite serious about them, 2) flippant about them, 3) pressured to do them, or 4) do not do them.

OK for me....I guess I fall into group 2. It was hard to make resolutions this years since it started in Las Vegas, but I tried anyway.

North Frances home

Here is another of the nice homes in Terrell. This is located on North Frances St. Its for sale by owner if interested, email me I can give you the number. I dont know any of the history of the house, but it looks very nice. I really like the colors they used.
