Terrell falls to Forney

The Terrell Tigers played the Forney Jackrabbits Friday night in what was finally their first home game of the season. Terrell lost to Forney 2-1, but they team played well. The photo is of the pitcher for Terrell getting ready to face a batter from Forney.

Jim, the motion in the bat makes it almost look like a "cricket bat"; flat and rectangular rather than round. Better luck to your team next game.

Ah, play ball. Can't wait for the season to begin in St. Paul, not the major league Twins but the St. Paul Saints who actually play outdoors!!
