First St, Terrell, Texas

This is one of the many historic homes in Terrell. This one is on First St. and was built in the late 1930s. Its for sale if anyone is interested.

Gas, BTW, is down to $1.49 a gallon.

Wow, gas is really going down. 1.89 here and we have the oil refineries right here. Why do we pay more? How much is the house selling for? MB

I wonder how much the house is going for. The utility bills will be enormous.

Gas prices here are between $1.75 to $1.90. It's nice to no longer see a 4 in front of the decimal.
