Yesterday was the Dash for Beads 5K in the Bishop Arts District of Dallas. I heard it the course was hard, lots of hills. They were right, this was a hard run. But I'd do it again next year. Dog owners were encouraged to bring their pooches, the race benefited

Cool, Jim. Thanks for this photo! I can't imagine running hills--I just trot now and then on a level sidewalk to the corner. Then I wait for the light to change and walk to the bus stop.
