Dentist office

I like going to the dentist as much as the next guy, but do they have to keep their light on and the shades open at night? My teeth hurt just driving past.

The dentist who works in this office is very good. I have been there a few times. He's kinda pricey though.

Yep. Does he have a bunch of people working there and an expensive car plus a boat or a plane and or a summer-house-by-the-lake and or fill-in-the-blank?

Dental insurance companies allow them to charge whatever they want so...

Maybe he still has a patient out in the waiting room. :-)

I know what your saying, and it's likely true. But as a retired dentist I have some thoughts. My office had seven windows and it was on the first floor. The lights were on only when we were there and shrubs gave us privacy. Your guy looks like he's advertising. I had only one dancing girl that did everything but drill and she was my wife. We tended to only do procedures that were for the good health of the tooth.
I gave up the fancy car when I retired, because I didn't need to look prosperous. No airplanes, a few small boots now and then and a second house in the Florida Keys. We never needed to be pricey.

Everytime I see a dentist's surgery, I think of "Marathon Man" ...

I may have come across as a bit negative on my post with the picture. The dentist office pictured is down the street from my house. Its a converted home, the dentist is VERY good and his staff is VERY good. He may have a nice car or 7 (joke) but thats ok. He was a bit pricey but worth it. I changed dentist because our insurance at work changed.

Good dentists are worth ANY price. I went to a cheap one once... once.

It is kind of funny to walk by a dentists office at night and see the light on.... kind of funny in a "Little Shop of Horrors" kind of way.

Very Funny..not sure why they would leave the lights on.

What I dislike is a dentist who puts you in a room with a big window and leaves the blinds open where people can see inside while you are getting your teeth worked on! Just close the curtains, please!

Perhaps this dentist has been shunned, so he is getting some subtly revenge, letting people see his little chamber of horrors... I don't really have a problem with dentists, generally they have gotten a bad rap.
Thanks Jim,
Wayne

I can't get used to dentists with windows--when I was growing up, every trip to the dentist that I can remember involved a windowless room.

This guy claims to be good, but he is a shmuck and his office hiers tweekers to lie to you about your portion of the bill. - I swear He wanted me to have over $19,000 of work done. Uh....How about - I don't think so.
