BBQ shack on wheels

Yesterdays lunch was from Big Dawgs BBQ Shack. We noticed it Saturday, and thought we might as well give it a try. We got a bbq sandwich, chips and a soda for $6, not a bad price. I had the sausage sandwich. The sauce was great.






The trailer won't be out next weekend, but they said to look for them in 2 weeks.

The winner should be announced today for the Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk. There were some amazing photos submitted.

Stevie's BBQ on the Square, Kaufman, Texas

Saturday, Brian and I took a trip to Kaufman to take pictures of the square. Kaufman is the County seat for Kaufman County. They have a classic town square but most of the buildings are either empty or attorney offices. One new addition to the square is Stevie's BBQ on the Square. Reviews so far have been great. We are going to have to make another trip to try it ourselves.

You will have to enlarge the picture. I love the sign Soulmans had up. I think its a joke here, but in Southeast Missouri, they would be offended because it would describe everyone there.
