North Frances home

Here is another of the nice homes in Terrell. This is located on North Frances St. Its for sale by owner if interested, email me I can give you the number. I dont know any of the history of the house, but it looks very nice. I really like the colors they used.

That's my kind of house. If I were to live there I'd invite you over to sit on the porch and read a book, Jim.

There are lots of historic homes like this in McKinney that are or have been renovated. I just started a series of some of the historic structures around town.

I like this pic and the angle you took it from. I wonder if the owners know something of its history. Of course, when purchasing and renovating an older home, maybe you don't want to know too much about the history!

American homes... . They are always amazing me! They are so different from "normal" European ones :-) They look like just from... theatre. Not so real. - Yes, America it is different planet!

Well, Jim, Annie and I could send you to the library and we could have an old=fashioned read-a-loud on this beautiful Victorian porch.

Jim, what a cool old house! I would buy that in an second, if it were in the right place, and if I were rich. hahahaha. And yesterday's post... what a great picture. It was very generous of you to share that with us. It is a heartwarming photo, you and your sister... on Santa's lap... just wonderful.
Thanks!
Merry Christmas!

I like that turret on top.
About the Rexall sign in the Selma, Ala. Daily Photo, yes, it's real, a real antique now!

Looks like a very solidly built home :D

Please forgive me if my visit to you blog in the next couple of weeks will be slightly intermittent, as I am home in Manila spending some lovely time with my closest and dearest, while basking in the sun. Your visits to my blog/s, however, are much appreciated!
