The Terrell Tribune has a story about the City converting a emply lot they own into a small City park. Sounds like a real good idea. It can be someplace appealing to the eye, an outdoor area for local workers to enjoy lunch hours, maybe a small garden. I look forward to seeing how it takes shape.
